Bottom Line On Top
Jackson Pallas is a philosopher + one of the world’s leading experts in transformation science.
He is also the Founder + CEO of Transformation, Inc. and a Board Member of the Adler Planetarium.
My Story So Far...
I am a Philosopher + Solution Architect Obsessed With Transformation.

I have dedicated my entire life to figuring out the answer to one simple question: Why do humans behave the way that they do? And, from that question stems another that has essentially fueled my entire consulting career: Why and how do some people / organizations transform, while others stay stuck in ways they can’t explain or fix?

Chasing the answers to that question has pushed me into every arena where human behavior and organizational performance matter…from research labs to C-suites, from graduate lectures to global transformations, and into the messy middle where the strategy-to-execution handoff routinely falls apart. The throughline of my career has never changed though. I use science-backed systems to help humans and organizations adapt and evolve into more capable versions of themselves.

Today, I advise leaders, teams, and institutions as the Founder & CEO of Transformation, Inc. Here, I apply everything I know about behavioral science, systems science, neuroscience, cognitive processing, organizational leadership, and human-centered design to achieve one clear goal: help leaders see things more clearly, operate more effectively, and evolve more intentionally. I also serve on the board of the Adler Planetarium, and I take great pride in helping steward one of the world’s great institutions for scientific curiosity and exploration.

Over the past 20+ years, I have built, run, and fixed transformations for clients ranging from early-stage founders to Fortune 100 enterprises, guiding thousands of people through significant inflection points in their operating environment and career paths. I have led transformation practices inside award-winning organizations, and helped countless institutions redesign their business strategies, operating models, and the execution engines that bring them to life.

My academic background is a bit...let's say "atypical" (i.e., mad ;). But it does reflect the truly robust scope of my work:

-
4 degrees, including 2 doctorates (1 in psychology and 1 in leadership)
-
10+ professional credentials and licenses (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma Black Belt, Human-Centered Design, MBTI, DiSC, NEO-PI-3, and more)
-
500+ of hours of audited lectures in neuroscience, philosophy, and physics
At my core, I’m a scientist disguised as an strategist. I study the deep structure of how humans think, act, decide, and evolve; and then I turn those insights into tools leaders can use today, not someday. I truly believe transformation is both an active event and a learnable skill, not some passive, random, or luck-driven outcome. In the end, I believe every human and every organization can become truly extraordinary when it better understands its own nature and then leverages that elevated understanding to make better things happen.
